When I brought her to you and we discovered the extent of the previous bad workmanship I was rather depressed as the extent of the remedial works required not only looked challenging, but would obviously put the car off the road which would affect my plans for a trip to Italy.
However, and on reflection, any doubts I had about having the whole car painted in addition to the structural and mechanical works are more than forgotten as the results are stunning (including the detailing) and vindicate your suggestion to take the opportunity to complete it while the engine and ancillaries were removed.
